Prefer working independently? My Self-Guided Programs are perfect for those who enjoy this approach but still want the option to connect with me for guidance and support. (This is how I began my own healing journey!)

- I’ve also got a Mind Music YouTube channel where you’ll find free calming music with binaural beats and frequencies. Great for study, relaxing, meditation, etc.

I utilize a platform called Practice Better, designed to keep everything streamlined and easily accessible; Your personal dashboard provides clear access to all the program resources I share with you, appointment scheduling and reminders, tasks, invoices, and quick access to me via our private chat.
Practice Better is HIPAA-compliant, ensuring your privacy is protected to the same standard as your medical doctor. While I’m not required to use a platform with this level of security, I choose to because safeguarding your privacy is a top priority for me.

I created 20 exclusive tracks — separate from the free music I share on YouTube — and offer them only in this Private Streaming Library for personal use. Each track is professionally designed to support a specific healing purpose.
